Cancellation & Refund Policy

Searchlight Within believes in fair and transparent dealings with its clients.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 72 hours of registration.
In such cases, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days from approval of the request.
Cancellation requests will not be entertained if registration is done within 72 hours prior to the event or program start date.
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, partial participation, dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, or disagreement with coaching style, content, or outcomes.
Once a program, workshop, or coaching engagement has commenced, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
Searchlight Within reserves the right to deny service, suspend participation, or terminate access without refund in cases of misconduct, misrepresentation, defamation, harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of terms.
Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method (card/bank account). No cash refunds will be made.
Please mention the transaction reference number in all refund-related communication to avoid delays.

Code of Conduct & Non-Defamation Clause

Participants agree to communicate respectfully and professionally in all verbal, written, and online interactions related to Searchlight Within.
Any attempt to create misleading narratives, defamatory statements, false claims, or reputational harm against Searchlight Within, its facilitators, programs, or participants may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Searchlight Within reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of defamation, harassment, or malicious intent.
